"As a left handed guitar player, Gitori is the reason I can now easily memorize the fretboard and learn scales in a fun and motivating way. After learning something new, the games make it fun to really master a scale. Even if you don't have a guitar by hand you can practice your guitar with Gitori. Udit answers all your questions friendly through the chat. I truly recommend Gitori if you want to become a guitarist that genuinely understands their fretboard. Trust me it's worth it!"

"Gitori has helped me to become more comfortable in finding notes on the Fretboard as well as understand scale degrees. Udit has shared his knowledge and dedicated his time to make this amazing app and I am grateful. I've played guitar for years and although playing chords and rhythm guitar, I finally can pick out notes for leads, runs arpeggios, etc. I am excited to see what Udit has for us next."

"Gitori transformed my guitar playing! After committing to a 30-day challenge, I finally mastered the fretboard—something I'd struggled with using other methods. What makes Gitori exceptional is its foundation in solid learning principles combined with gamification. The app offers digestible lessons with interactive quizzes, focused practice sessions with helpful filtering options, and a scoring system that measures progress and builds speed. My daily practice quickly improved my scores, eventually landing me on the leaderboard—a tangible milestone! The iPhone app's portability means I can practice anywhere in just minutes a day. If you want to truly learn fretboard notes or intervals, give it a try. I have no connection to the developer—I'm just a guitarist who found a tool that works and wants to see it help others. (They support other instruments too!) —BobG"

"Udit has clearly poured much care into Fretboard Fly, from it's concept, design and easy-accessible support. I would recommend the app to beginners and advanced players as a learning tool, an enjoyable refresh or even as a fun competition - be it 'you vs you' or between friends."

"I mastered the fretboard after playing with fretboard fly for 2 days, 10-15 minutes each time. My criteria is to score consistently above 1000 at least twice."

"I absolutely love Gitori and I use it regularly when I don't have access to a guitar (and sometimes even when I do!). I am still learning guitar and I love the capability in fretboard-fly to limit down the strings and sections of the fretboard which is super helpful in breaking down the fretboard into more manageable chunks. I also love that it's web-based and works on whatever device I happen to have in my hand. Also - the developer has been engaged and responsive to feedback."

"I’ve only been using this app for about a week and already I can tell a difference in my knowledge of the fretboard. Me personally I find the notes on the fretboard mini game addictive and at the same time, it helps me memorize the notes on the fretboard. I recommend this app to anyone who wants to learn more about their guitar and at the same time, wants to keep it fun and simple to understand. 5 stars all around, I really can’t find anything bad about this app."

"Genuinely might have cut multiple months, if not years off the learning process for memorizing all the notes and scales on guitar, and that’s assuming I would have ever successfully learnt them without Fretboard Fly. Obviously you still need to physically practice to make the memorization matter, but having a 2D map of all the notes and scales in your head when practicing is invaluable imo. I cannot recommend this enough for beginners, and I’m honestly surprised a version of this game concept doesn’t already exist (to my knowledge)."

"Awesome tool! Super helpful way to learn notes, and intervals especially. Essential for beginners and even intermediate/advanced players brushing up on the basics."

"Just started and I've learned more today than I have in the past year trying to memorize things. Congrats on being awesome. "
